Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We use major Canadian courier services for shipping.  Kindly call in before placing your order, to confirm for any transportational surcharges applicable to your shipping address. After ordering, if any charges applicable to be borne by the customer or else order will be cancelled.

Our current production time is 6-8 weeks. Please call in to confirm the delivery turnaround time prior ordering.

Orders received after hours on Friday or during the weekend and statutory holidays will be processed for production in the next business day.

We are unable to ship to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon due to couriers network limitation.
The courier will not be able to provide delivery to PO Box due to the cover is a high cube large package.   

Our covers are shipped as "No Signature Required" to ensure they are delivered without delay.
It is recommended to provide instruction about where to leave the package.  We will try our best to pass on the message.  All covers are carefully packed and inspected prior shipping out.  Courier deliver Monday to Friday during business hours excluding statutory holidays.

RETURNS

All covers are Custom Built to specifications provided by the customer, we do not entertain returns or exchanges of any kind except for warranty fulfilment.  All sales are final.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
