I'm a satisfied customer but there's only two handles not four like on the original Arctic Spa cover. That said the cover fits like a glove looks good and is very light for being the top of the line 6/4 taper.

I said I would report back after six months, turns out is has been a year! The cover we purchased handled the Calgary winter very well, and now after a full year remains in excellent condition and lookin' good!

Everything was as promised from first day order taken to delivery. Cover well constructed. It fits so snuggly that there is a suction to remove lid. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
